Our Story

Arthur James Construction was founded by Will Lochead, whose career path uniquely blends construction, professional sports, and business.

Will began working in construction at 15 years old, installing interlock brick driveways and learning every aspect of the trade hands-on. His discipline and drive led him to play professional hockey with the Columbus Blue Jackets and Florida Panthers organizations, before earning a degree in Commerce and working in finance for several years.

That financial background — managing budgets, evaluating investments, and leading teams — now defines how Arthur James Construction operates.
When Will returned to construction full-time, he combined business structure with hands-on building experience to create a company rooted in professionalism, accountability, and precision.
