Our Story
Arthur James Construction was founded by Will Lochead, a builder with a hands-on background in residential construction and a business-first approach to project delivery.
Will started in the trades at 15, working on interlock and site work and learning jobsite standards from the ground up. After several years competing in professional hockey, he completed a Commerce degree and worked in finance, building a skillset centered on planning, budgeting, risk management, and accountability.
Today, those same principles drive Arthur James Construction. We bring structure and clarity to every build, detailed scopes, organized scheduling, transparent communication, and clean execution, while maintaining the craftsmanship and practical know-how that only comes from time on site.
The result is a construction company built on professionalism, precision, and pride in the work.
